3. Are your vases suitable for fresh flowers?
Yes, the vast majority of our vases are designed to hold fresh flowers. However, for pieces with very narrow openings or those made from unsealed natural materials, we recommend using them for dried or artificial botanicals. 4. How should I care for my ceramic or glass ornaments?
To keep your ornaments looking their best, dust them regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For glass items, a damp microfiber cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying to prevent water spots. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on any decorative pieces.
5. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We want your gifts to be as beautiful as the items inside. We offer thoughtful, eco-friendly gift packaging for an additional nominal fee. You can select this option at checkout. We will also happily include a handwritten gift note if you provide the message during the ordering process.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
We are truly sorry if this happens. Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work swiftly to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
