Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns or exchanges are generally accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Perishable Goods: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened aromatherapy products, such as used candles or essential oils, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale Items: Final sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless required by law. Please check the product page carefully before purchasing.

Custom Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items.
Process for Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise, but the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the returns process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive the correct product.
