Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. A second notification containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods, and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs and budget. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive safely. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please retain all original packaging for inspection by the carrier if necessary.

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you realize you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
